Founder and Owner of Strategic Media LLC

Melanie has a passion for media, with 30+ years in media across advertising agencies and on the client and publisher side, for both B2B and B2C clients. Melanie has developed a career specializing in Global B2B marketing. Her primary expertise lies in agency management, media strategy/planning/buying and training/consulting services.

Road cycling, movies, books, cooking, family time, and being in nature. 

Strategic and research-based media programs grounded in testing and learning will drive success over time, with a focus on closed loop reporting and client involvement in what’s working to drive success and ROI.

Kathleen McKnight

Partner and VP of Operations

Kathleen has 20+ years of experience in both leadership and support of online marketing and creative services projects across agency and client roles, consistently maintaining high standards for quality and client satisfaction. Kathleen’s expertise lies primarily in digital media with a special focus on campaign orchestration, integration, and optimization. 

Dogs, nature, gardening, music & the arts, drawing/painting, cooking, and spending time with family & friends. 

When developing media strategies, it is equally important to consider how one measures performance across all engagement activities, to encompass all touchpoints in the user journey.

David Rowe

Media Director / Client Partner

David has over 20 years of media planning and buying experience at agencies such as Doremus, DahlinSmithWhite, and Grey working on both consumer and B2B accounts. 

Try to walk 10,000 steps each day and recently took up lawn bowling. 

When selecting a media agency, make sure the senior people will be involved with your account beyond the pitch meetings.

Amy is a media professional with nearly 15 years of agency experience spanning the purchase funnel. Amy has worked with a robust roster of clients from Small Business Tech Startups to Fortune 500 Enterprises. Amy has an integrated background yet indexes on digital and programmatic placement. Amy has a passion for producing strategic opportunities that push business objectives, paired with smart measurement to ensure all activations ladder up to business performance indicators.

Dominick Clark

Paid Media Specialist

Dominick has over five years of digital marketing experience with B2B and B2C brands. He has expertise in agency and brand-side digital marketing and has extensive experience in social media, search, display, and programmatic channels. Dominick has experience building cross-channel, full-funnel campaigns that exceed client’s goals.

Dominick loves the outdoors, and is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junky. When he is not whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, skiing, or climbing, you’ll likely find him relaxing with his wife and their two dogs at their home in the Sierras.

Cindy has over 20+ years of experience leading corporate marketing campaigns in B2B Marketing with experience with large global and start-up companies. She is well versed in the development of fully integrated Marketing Communications strategies, Event/Trade Show coordination, Demand Generation Media and Digital Media. Since Joining Strategic Media, Cindy has provided the ability to manage campaign launch and setup, trafficking for Content Syndication & Display and drive tasks to successful completion. 

Residing in California, Cindy enjoys spending time at the beach, working on crafts and baking. 

Over the years, Cindy has learned that it is important to learn and take advice from those willing to share.
